To adopt, please fill out an online application and send your pet policy if you rent to info@fapspet.org. A staff member will review the application, pet policy and complete the veterinary and personal reference checks.

Meet Our Dogs

To learn more about each animal and to fill out an application, click on the photo of the animal you are interested in.

Complete Your Application:
- Click the photo of your chosen pet, review the details, and hit “Apply for Adoption.” Include emergency contacts and vet info for any pets you’ve had in the past 5 years.
- All household pets must be spayed/neutered (unless exempt) and up to date on vaccines (Dogs: Rabies & DHPP; Cats: Rabies & FVRCP; Dogs must also have heartworm prevention).
For Renters:
- Email your pet policy with any restrictions to info@fapspet.org.
Meet & Greet:
- Everyone in your household (dogs included) must meet the prospective pet.
Identification:
- Once approved, provide valid ID (non-military).

Remember to email all application materials to info@fapspet.org with the pet’s name in the subject line.

REMINDERS:

FAPS often gets multiple applications on a single pet. If another home is chosen, this does NOT necessarily mean your application has been denied for adoption.
Applications are NOT first-come-first-serve, but it is first MOST appropriate home for the pet.
Because we have a very limited staff, we are not able to call every applicant once an animal is adopted. It is incumbent on you to call and check on the status of any application.
